Refunds

Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange for new product, you must send us a picture of the product displaying your reasons for wanting a refund/exchange, along with feedback in writing. Please send both via email to hello@incrediblefoods.com.

To complete your refund/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to us.
